Over the weekend, I hosted a Noonday Collection party as an adoption fundraiser for some dear friends of ours. Y’all – it was a *good* time! Several of my favorite people gathered together to shop for absolutely beautiful fair-trade jewelry, on Gal-entine’s Day, in order to help bring a baby home. My heart is full! I love to throw a party, but this one had such meaning behind it. I prayed for the party itself. I prayed for Emily and Christian’s child to become theirs soon. I prayed for the hands that made each piece of jewelry. Just lots of prayer, all around!
If you aren’t familiar with Noonday, here’s what you need to know: “We partner with talented artisan entrepreneurs to make a difference in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities. By developing artisan businesses through fair trade, we empower them to grow sustainably and to create dignified jobs for people who need them.” Boom. I highly recommend checking out their website to learn more about this wonderful company and all they good they do in 12 (!) countries with over 4,000 (!!!) artisans.
There’s still time to purchase from the party to support the Cullens’ adoption! You can shop via this link right here, until February 26th. Bonus – Noonday released their spring line today! I hope you’ll take a moment and do a little shopping!
