SENDING // Love and prayers to Shea Wright of By Shea Photography. Shea is an absolutely in-cred-i-ble local photographer, recently diagnosed with cervical cancer. She is fighting it with such a strong, awe-inspiring faith. Be sure to check out her gorgeous work and I hope you’ll join me in praying for her health through this unexpected journey. Can’t wait to hear the news that you’ve beaten it, Shea!
EATING // Lots and lots of soups. It’s winter, which means all I want to do is curl up under a blanket with a book and a cup of soup (a brownie too, if we are being honest!). One of our favorites lately is this chicken, butternut squash, and kale one – it’s also paleo and allergen-free, if you’re into that sort of thing!

SMELLING // OnGuard and Wild Orange Doterra oils. These both smell so delicious and inviting, we’ve kept them on heavy rotation in our diffuser.
DREAMING // About our trip to Ireland this spring! We are in the planning stages of going to visit my BFF and her family – absolutely cannot wait! Have you been? If so, please share what we need to do/see/eat in the comments.

LOVING // Looking back at the #kindnessforEddie posts. Last February, it had been 16 years since I lost my father. I challenged friends and blog readers to join me in doing acts of kindness that month in my dad’s memory, and also because, well, it’s fun! Those of you who did a little something for someone else, thank you again!
What are you currently up to this month? Share with me in the comments!
